The course provides advanced knowledge in food science, food processing, food safety, quality assurance, quality control, food microbiology, food chemistry, packaging technology, HACCP, ISO standards, and food regulations. Students receive hands-on industrial training, laboratory experience, and practical exposure to prepare for careers in food manufacturing, quality management, research, and food safety.
