  • Undergone training on Biological Specimen preparation for transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Microwave processing for TEM, Negative staining, Dissection of mouse brain, Isolation of brain mitochondria, Histo-chemistry techniques- cryosectioning, Haematoxylin and eosin staining, Modified Gomori Trichrome staining (MGT), Enzyme histochemistry staining for SDH, COX, COX-SDH, Assay for Mitochondrial complex-1 activity and Ultra-microtomy.
  • Experience in Ultrafiltration, Gel filtration, Ion exchange chromatography, Electrophoresis (NATIVE and SDS-PAGE), Adsorption chromatography, and distillation.
